10-Second Lightning Tournament

29 juniors took part in our lightning tournament at the Elstead Hotel, played over 5 rounds in Swiss system format. In a twist, rounds were accelerated from 10 seconds to 8 to 7 seconds per move!

Winners

  • 1st (tied): Zander and Finn (4.5/5) — mutually agreed draw in the final game
  • 2nd (tied): Leo, Harry M, Dima (4/5)

Cash prizes were awarded to the top finishers. A fantastic turnout with 29 participants including Tristan, Marcel, Leland, Kane, Jiya, Nicolas, Joey, Woody, Jesse, Lathujan, Harry Lee, Rafan, Swara, Kehind, Fabrizio, Harish, Nirvan, Shriya, Larissa, Blake, Noah, Pavina, and Carlos.
