Just for a change this season we are introducing a ‘Round Robin’ style competition, this enables us to determine the individual strengths of our juniors, which in turn, guides us as to who needs what level of tuition.
It’s basically an all-play-all in the group that they are in, we have 3 groups for each time slot, Major, Intermediate and Minor, although we are flexible in moving individuals around if we feel it is better for them.
After our first week back and only a few games played the charts look like this:-
